Just attended the 3G implementation training of Hua Wei Product at CP Tower 2 days ago.
Basically the agenda is lecturing us the Safety and health concern, product specification, Project Quality standard, format of daily reporting and etc….
After the training, immediately conduct the test. now is waiting for the result
Busy days recently. Since two weeks ago, i am assisting a company (UCE) who’s won a contract of Maxis 3G Swap project from Hua Wei, with work scope to focus on Site Survey with proposal report.
Basically, my responsibility is handling the sites assess arrangement between Maxis/Hua Wei and Sub-contractor. however, seem like this is not easy task that most of the contractors is telling me how bad the experiences that they facing before.
The first day once the project kick off, seem like the experience that i have is different with what the subs-contractor mention, however, it still in the begining state. Hopefully, everything will running smoothly until end of the project.
By taken task such as site access arrangement, actually did not taken too much time. So why i am so busy on this project? well, aside my responsibility, in actual, i still helping the subs-contractor to audit, consolidation, and compilation of the report before submitting to Hua Wei to avoid or minimize the report rejection rate due to silly mistake that make by contractors or me…
Now, i am a bit free since my subs-contractor managed to understanding and handling the requirement that stated inside the survey report. However still have some need to manage them closely.
